Synopsis / Plot
Cyrille, just back from the Ivory Coast, gets sick. He accuses Oumar, who lives on the other side of the wall, of being after his deceased brother Emile’s plot as he holds the PUH, the Urban Livability Permit.
On the other hand, Oumar does not trust Cyrille as he suspects him of wanting to sell the plot against his nephews’ interest. The tension increases. Aicha shows up on a visit to her brother Oumar. Suddenly the issue takes another turn.
